Mulberry was founded by Graeme Thorne who is currently a director of the company. Before founding the company Graeme worked for UK and overseas institutions. His experience covers mainstream corporate banking, financial institutions, asset and liability management and structured and project finance. In recent years he has worked on structuring deals in the various PPP sectors of Roads, Rail, Health, Water, Defence and IT and the more traditional Project Financial sectors of Energy and Infrastructure, This work has included the arranging of financial projects with an accumulated value of over £5bn

Mulberry was recently employed by a major financial EU institution to undertake a risk audit of it's lending portfolio and risk analysis operation and is currently working with a US developer to structure and then raise debt and equity for a series of UK gas and energy related projects valued at over £700m.
